We are building a Philippine HRIS and payroll system, and it is not finished. We want three companies to run it on their own real data and tell us what breaks. In exchange your company pays nothing — all three tiers, no limit on staff — and if you take part for ninety days, nothing ever.

What you should know before applying

The software is unfinished, and your filings stay yours. If it computes a withholding, a 13th month or a remittance wrongly and you file on that figure, the BIR and the agencies hold you responsible, not us. So we ask you to run it alongside whatever you use now for at least two full cycles, and to check every statutory figure before you file it. This is section 5 of the agreement and it is the part that could cost you money.

We will ask you to confirm you may send us your employees’ data. Your staff are the people the data is about, and testing software is a different purpose from running their payroll, so your own privacy notice needs to cover it.

Do not attach any employee data to this form. If you are selected we will ask for sample files separately, through an account only you can sign into, and we would rather you replaced real names and numbers first.

The details you enter here are collected by PayEngine.ph to assess your application to the Alpha Tester Programme, and to contact you about it. They are kept for as long as the programme runs and for one year after, then deleted. You may ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to privacy@payengine.ph. Do not attach or paste any of your employees' personal data on this form — if you are selected we will ask for sample data separately, through an account only you can sign into.
